Quinn (Cyber Angel Model no. 22058) is a Cyborg created by HEVIN Corp. Described as an "agile battle angel, cold and unwavering" by HEVIN, she is in fact the complete opposite. She is quiet, calm, a bit aloof and rather shy and clumsy.

Mid-battle, she lost control, and fell from the sky above right through the ceiling of Kaleb's penthouse apartment. He wasn't pleased, to say the least. However, he recognised a robot in need of assistance, and after fixing her up, she chose to stay on Earth instead of returning to HEVIN Corp. In the sky.

Since finding herself on Earth, she has become obsessed with human concepts of science and technology. She is extremely intelligent, but human technology is far different compared to what she's used to.

She doesn't quite know what she wants from the world, or who she wants to be yet, which is fine! She doesn't want to rush anything when it comes to her new life.

Her face is similar to that of a Kigurumi Mask, an anime-style mask used in cosplay. She cannot change her expression naturally, and must change face plates to express herself.
