Residents of the United Kingdom will not need to pay any import fees or custom fees when shopping with me.

If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may incur additional import fees, tariff costs etc. I am not responsible for these, and these additional costs must be paid for by the buyer.

The expected delivery time for UK orders after order fulfilment is 3-5 working days, with additional time required for rural locations.

Worldwide shipping can vary based on the country, but usually takes anywhere from 8-14 working days. Please check the Royal Mail incident bulletin for any potential delay information.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund!

Any goods returned must be in their original condition (unopened, undamaged, in original packaging, etc). Mystery bags and Blind box items are non-returnable, while items such as Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for the return cost of items, and these costs are non-refundable.

In the event that your item is defective, or the item arrived broken/damaged, please send photos to me within 7 days of arrival and you will recieve a refund, no return needed.

Pre orders allow you to reserve an item, or show your interest in an item prior to it's ordering and production!

Once it arrives, it'll be sent to you as normal! I recommend ordering pre-order items separate from your main order if you are ordering a mix of in-stock and pre order items, as some pre order items can take at least 6 weeks to process.
